Air conditioning was not working for entire stay : in a 4 star hotel with temperatures of over 40 degrees. It appeared that no effort was being made to fix it despite repeated protests from many guests.

We stayed the whole family for 3 days. My son lost his game boy and we didn't find it. We had a great time and the hotel is nice but I'll not recommend people and my travel agent to send guest to this hotel.

Directions were unclear and we were told by Taxi drivers that we needed to go by taxi to your hotel.
We had arrived at the lower exit from the Termini station.
