Location: the apartment is very conveniently located - in 3 minutes walk you can get to the port, from where you can go practically anywhere. Rooms: very modern, bright and clean. Fresh towels, sheets etc. Staff: very helpful and available. Breakfast: we were provided with breakfast from two different cafes-both were excellent. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Trapani. If you are carrying loads of luggage please note that there is no lift and that may be a downside. It is however great value for money & highly recommendable.

The location was perfect for touring the old town of Trapani. The Piccadilly where the free breakfast was offered was delightful. Being able to sit on the street and people watch, listen to the locals, and enjoy a cappuccino was a marvellous way to start the day. In the afternoon and evenings we were just steps away from a good meal, an after dinner drink and a stroll either along the sea or the picturesque streets. I would stay at Ximenes 12 again. Such a great value!
