- Hôtel non moderne, Clim nul, Petit déjèuner dans une pièce triste, chambre sur boulevar surement bruyant

+ personnel très gentil et serviable " remise faite sans démande pour clim" , garage en sous sol

The air condition did not work so it was HOT and WARM in the room. Maybe a ventilator could have been offered in this case. We had a terrible night and did not sleep much.

The breakfast was awful: The bread was dry, the cheese was warm and almost melted in the heat and had been standing out for hours, the milk was warm too and was not chilled, the juice was mixed with much too much water. We had to go somewhere else to have breakfast.

The web site spoke very well about the hotel but that did not comply with the "real world".... Pictures and text are thankful.....

We will defintely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße war sehr laut, so dass wir ständig aufwachten. Eines der beiden Zimmerfenster war kaputt und ließ sich nicht schließen, so dass der Verkehrslärm noch lauter wahrzunehmen war. Das Hotel werden wir nicht mehr ansteuern und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Foto der Webseite entspricht wahrscheinlich nur einem einzigen Zimmer, da die anderen Zimmer doch irgendwie mal renoviert werden müssten, zumindest die 3 die ich gesehen habe. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und die Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Alles in einem kann man nicht meckern, was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis anbelangt, allerdings würde ich keine Woche in diesem Hotel verbringen, doch für eine Nacht ...kein Problem.

Ci hanno fatto pagare una notte in più,anche se avevo detto al personale 48 ore prima che partivamo un giorno prima. Quando ho chiesto una ricevuta non mi è stata fatta.

É vero, ho sempre viaggiato poco, ma vi posso assicurare che raramente mi sono trovato così bene!

L' ho scelto casualmente, era la prima volta che andavo a Como.
