I had chose to stay at the hotel based on my last year's experience there. But due to new access roads the satellite navigator in my car failed repeatedly to guide me to the hotel. I wasted of great deal of time in locating the hotel.

We stayed only one night. At arrival, according to reception there was no booking for us, but it could be managed as there were free rooms. (answer already received from InItalia)
There were some issues with the payment, as the staff early in the morning didn't manage the credit card machine. It was sorted out within 20 min.
