Pour un hotel 4 étoiles le petit déjeuner est vraiment des plus modestes, le paiement des installations sportives est un abus !
Le standing n'est pas à la hauteur des vrais 4 étoiles ailleurs en Europe.

J'ai coché " bien" pour ce qui concerne l'assistance du staff et l'environnement pour les raisons suivants: je n'ai pu disposer d'un vélo pour cause que aucun des trois disponibles n'étaient en ordre, selle pas bien fixée, pas de trousse de réparation et pas de pompe. De la chambre 102 que j'occupais, j'entandais tambouriner et moteur frigorifique ce mettre en marche souvant, malgré la fenêtre fermée et pour conséquence chambre mal aérée.

Wir haben uns eine Flasche Prosecco aufs Zimmer bestellt und dafür 50,- Euro!!!!!!!
bezahlt. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht in Ordnung!
