Good Evening!

We choosed a hotel with air condition, that was very important for us (for our children).

The first day we told them that the air-condition didn´t work.

A helpful man came and adjust it, but it was no cool air anyway.

The following days we asked the staff a lot of times and they said it would come a technical to repair the air-condition.

We have to stay outside, in the shadow, because the heat was unbearable. We also asked them if we could have another room,

but they told us that we have a "special room" and they have no more of them.

3 nights in Rome at a hotel without air-condition, 3 children and at least 35C´ outside every day, that was not a good start of our holiday!

Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei ad amici e conoscenti.

Il personale si è rivelato sempre disponibile. L'albergo ha anche accettato la nostra proposta di prolungare la permanenza di un paio di giorni alle stesse condizioni iniziali, veramente vantaggiose. Sicuramente migliorabile (anche se comunque accettabile) la pulizia delle stanze e le condizioni generali dell'albergo (carta da parati distrutta in più punti della struttura). Non abbiamo usufruito di ristorante e bar, quindi non sono giudicabili; tuttavia i prezzi, in particolare del ristorante, sono esagerati... Essendo in macchina, siamo stati agevolati nel raggiungere la metro, anche se i mezzi sembravano piuttosto efficienti. In definitiva, l'esperienza è stata positiva e in futuro si potrebbe pensare di ritornare, ma solo se i prezzi restano vantaggiosi: i 90/100 euro normalmente richiesti sono inaccettabili.

L'Hotel non è quello che si può ammirare sul sito internet, la qualità della zona "residence" è decisamente più vicina alle 2 stelle che alle 4.

sapendo esattamente le condizioni di questa struttura forse avrei optato per qualcosa di più decoroso a scapito della distanza dal centro della città

Più attenzione al corretto funzionamento dell'aria condizionata!

Très bon hotel un peu excentré du centre ville : compter 15 min de bus (mais l'attente est très variable et jamais indiquée) puis 20 min de métro pour être dans le centre ville de Rome.

Personnel, accueil, chambre, petit déjeuner très bien.

Je le conseille.

- außer im Hotel ist kein anderes Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels

- Bushaltestelle ca. 200 Meter vom Hotel, von dort ca. alle 20 Minuten Busverbindung zum U-Bahnhof (10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit) und dann ca. 20-30 Minuten Fahrzeit zur Stadtmitte (Bahnhof Termini)

- Hotelparkplatz ist gesichert (Tor wird Abends geschlossen)

- sehr gute Anbindung an Autobahn (ca. 1-2 km)

- Hotel befindet sich im Wohnviertel mit mehrstöckigen Mehrfamilienhäusern jedoch wirkt die Gegend bei Dunkelheit ehr "unsicher" (auffallend viele hohe Zäune)

- Zimmer war relativ groß, Balkon war mit 2 Stühlen + 1 Tisch ausgestattet

- die Einrichtung hat den Charme der 80er Jahre (eher 3,5 statt 4 Sterne)

- keine Klimaanlage sondern lediglich Belüftungsanlage im Zimmer

- Doppelzimmerpreis bis maximal 80-100 EUR/Nacht akzeptabel aber definitiv nicht für 280 EUR/Nacht (lt. Preisliste im Zimmer).

Hôtel correct, propre et bien entretenu

La piscine ne fonctionne pas en mai, dommage

Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais il faut y aller tôt, vers 9h00 il n'y a presque plus rien déjà, dommage

Le seul inconvénient de l'hôtel est qu'il est très mal situé géographiquement

Il est très loin de Rome et il ne faut pas râter le dernier bus à minuit, donc impossible de sortir le soir plus tard
