Late at night at the Malpensa Airport, I could not find the phone to use to call the hotel for transfer; my flight from Amsterdam arrived after 22:30pm. Instead I went to the taxi stand; somehow an eager taxi driver offered to bring me to the hotel. However, when I was already on the taxi, he insisted on charging me 25 euros!!!

The porter damaged the suitcase the night we arrived and did not inform us. we found out the next morning when we were leaving and the staff couldn't help much.
breakfast extremely poor. other hotels charging similar prices have much better breakfast buffets with much choice and quality of food.

Un Buon Hotel, con personale cordiale e qualificato, molto professionale. Ottima la posizione prossima all'aeroporto e alla città di Milano raggiungibile in meno di 20 minuti tramite autostrada (se non c'è traffico). Lo consiglio a tutti.
