This hotel was very well situated for visiting Siena by car or train or bus. The staff was very helpful. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel.

L' aménagement de la salle de bains, pourtant spacieuse, est très insuffisant : aucune étagère, aucun crochet, pour déposer les affaires personnelles. Par ailleurs, la photo du site internet était prise d'une terrasse, et nous avons réservé une chambre de catégorie supérieure pour pouvoir en bénéficier, ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

La camera che mi è stata assegnata al piano -1 la n° 5 l'aria condizionata è completamente insufficiente

Bel hotel avec de l'espace. Nous avons été bien reçus. A conseiller pour sa proximité du centre historique et de la gare des bus et des trains. Pour avoir une impression plus objective il aurait fallu y passer plus de temps. L 'accession à internet près de la réception est aussi un petit service supplémentaire.

Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay at the Albergo Minerva. It was a very decent and well-kept hotel with a fantastic breakfast in a nice dining room. Our only complaint was that the room seemed to smell of smoke, even though it was a no-smoking room. The room was very basic, but the bathroom was nice and clean and modern, and we had a nice view of Siena from a small patio in our room. The bed was comfortable enough. The hotel was located about six blocks uphill from the train station, so a bus or taxi would be a good idea (We walked, and it was tiring!) We also walked uphill to the Siena town center area and campo - it is a charming town in which to walk around .
