Pas de précision lors de la réservation : la chambre louée se trouvait dans un pavillon derrière l'hôtel, donc il faut traverser le jardin et une salle de restaurant pour accéder au hall..........de plus notre chambre donnait sur la rue et sur la voie de chemin de fer : c'est la gare. Donc bruit des annonces de la gare + bruit des trains.

Much of the hotel was charming and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was chosen because of it's location and ease to get to Malpensa and it very easily served our purpose. We stayed in 7 hotels in our 2 week holiday in northern Italy but the room we had at the la Bussola was one of 2 in which we were not "charmed" by it's decor. Just a little up dating would help some. It looked nothing like the website photos. But is was adequate for our 1 night stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had a nice drink at the bar. Thank you for asking.

A mon sens les 3 étoiles sont usurpées. Ce niveau de confort correspond à un hotel 2 étoiles en France.
Pas de piscine, pas de sauna fonctionnels comme indiqué sur le descriptif.
