THEY SHOULD HAVE A BETTER SERVICE OF INTERNET, SINCE ONLY HAVE ONE COMPUTER DOWNSTAIRS WHICH REALLY DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO PUT THIS SERVICE IN THE ROOMS OR ALLOWE THE GUESTS TO CONECT TO THEIR LAP TOPS .

Breakfast could be a little more substantial. Taxi from Airport to hotel costs 10 Euro's for 4 people(check how much luggage they can take)

We paid €65 to get from the airport to the hotel in Taxi and shuttle fees. In the reception they advised us to take two taxis (we were 7 people) from the airport to the hotel, but the taxis very not happy to drive that short distance, so they let us of at the wrong place charging €20 per taxi, and then we had to call the shuttle which costed €25 rather then the €40 which the reception told us it would cost, and therefor recommended taxi instead.

For an additional fee of €65 plus another €25 in the morning to get to the airport we could have stayed in a 4 stars at the airport instead, which we will do next time. Otherwise everything with the hotel was very good, but the location was very poor due to the transport costs of €90 for 5 minutes travel.....

The four of us took a taxi for a total of 15 Euros. The hotel shuttle cost 15 Euros each couple.

The accomodations were wonderful and staff very friendly. In fact they recommended a nearby restaurant (walking distance) that served one of the best dinners we had had in our two weeks ini Italy. I'd highly recommend this hotel. As we flew over the hotel, departing Italy, we didn't realize we were so close to the coast. Had we known we would have stayed one more day to enjoy the beach.

The young men on your staff were exceptional. My husband incurred a medical problem on our trip and they were extremely helpful in getting us taken care of at the airport, etc.

You are isolated from the whole town, that's not the impression the webpage gives, the surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but the people and your staff where very nice, specially Luigi the driver, very good and helpful.
