Wir haben am Ankunftsabend ein "kleines" Essen (warmes Vesper: kleiner Salat, aufgebackene Focaccia und ein paar Scheibchen angebratene Wurst, dazu Wasser, ein Glas Wein und zwei Kindergetränke) erhalten, das ich bei der Abfahrt mit 60€ bezahlen musste. Leider war der Koch nicht zugegen, aber dieser Umstand, ein dermaßen überteuertes Essen zahlen zu müssen, hat meine Laune zu Abschluss meines Aufenthaltes sehr getrübt.

Ho dovuto pagare in contanti perché il bancomat casualmente non funzionava e la ricevuta...probabilmente non funzionava la stampante. Veramente in pessime condizioni. € 78 per una notte e una colazione pessima sono stati davvero una grande delusione.

La " vista lago" de notre chambre était occultée par maison en face de l'hôtel et c'est une vue sur paysage + que sur lago. Télécabine accès centre Come ( raison du choix) en panne. Heure petit déjeuner tardive (8H). Fermeture accueil tôt ( 20H) et accès au chambre par rue arrière. Pas d'accès escalier intérieur et ascenseur limite (petit).

Die Lage ist sehr abseits und die Anfahrt sehr beschwerlich und kompliziert, v.a. da die sog. Seilbahn kaputt war und man mit dem Auto über sehr enge, sehr steile Kurven nach Como fahren musste.

There was a used razor and used soap in the shower and the toilet did not look clean.
We were upset to discover that the furnicular was closed for 2 months, so we had to rely on a bus that takes much longer to get up the hill. It should be noted how difficult it is to get to the hotel, especially with the funicular closed for 2 months.
