L'unico problema è legato alle caratteristiche della zona, ricca di risaie e di conseguenza di zanzare, fatto che limita l'apertura della finestra nel periodo estivo.
Come spesso accade negli alberghi, ci sarebbe un problema di insonorizzazione delle stanze per cui si sente la televisione accesa nella camera accanto (ma questo è più un problema di educazione dell'utente) e l'eventuale russare.
Per il resto ho trovato un posto carino, ben tenuto, molto pulito e gestori molto disponibili, gentili ed educati
Il collegamento con la cittadella universitaria e gli ospedali, in auto, è comodissimo.
L'albergo è inoltre molto vicino alla Certosa di Pavia, raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata anche a piedi.
