Un endroit qui n'a pas vraiment de réception (on ne comprend pas où sont les bureaux dans cet immeuble à plusieurs escalier, un peu agaçant quand on a besoin de quoi que ce soit)
petit déjeuner super abusé : un café et un croissant dans le café attenant avec personnel pas très avenant) pas de jus fruit, pas de choix, le minimum syndical.

Ci è sembrato molto strano di non aver visto nessuna insegna esterna della struttura,e che casualmente era fuori uso la macchinetta x l'inserimento della carta di credito. Quando siamo arrivati ci avete aperto il portone dopo 15 min.

Mein Personalausweis wurde mir bei Check out nicht automatisch zurückgegeben. Da ich nicht daran gedacht hatte, dass er sich noch im Besitz des Hotels befand, habe ich einen gebuchten Flug ab Bari verpasst.
