The people at the hotel were awesome. They took us back and forth to the associated restaurant. They took us to the subway connection that allowed us to get back and forth to Rome. And, when our transportation from Rome to Civitavecchia failed to show up, they took us to the port for our cruise.
I would recommend the hotel not for the hotel, but for the people who operate and service the hotel.
