Reviews Hotel Sempione - Casorate Sempione

A parte la mia valutazione sopra elencata, resta da dire che come tutti gli hotel situati vicino ad aeroporti c'è sempre del rumore notturno.  comunque per me è stato un buono hotel, lo consiglierei  tranquillamente.                             

Scandaloso che per alzare semplicemente la cornetta del telefono uno deva pagare, ho fatto 4 chiamate con numero VERDE E QUINDI GRATUITO e mi hanno adebbitato 4 euro

The room was clean and adequate. The price was good. A helpful service to patrons would be to carry their luggage upstairs to their rooms.

The shuttle from the airport did not arrive on time; we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the shuttle to the hotel. He drove by us at the airport, but did not stop. Then, he came back after our second telephone call. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was very prompt. The driver was courteous and helpful.

The food in the restaurant was good. After taking our order, we felt invisible as the staff did not smile or acknowledge us in any way while we sat at our table (except for the daughter). Then, later, the staff told us that they needed our table, so we left. The owner and staff need to work on being more welcoming to their customers.

Even though the overall rating of Sempione was "good", we would not stay there again because we did not feel welcomed. I appreciated the opportunity to respond to your questions.

Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta io e il mio compagno dalla disponibilità e la cortesia del personale dell'hotel, oltretutto ancora piu soddisfatti per il ristorante davvero ottimo valutazione 10 e lode

This price we paid includes the transportation from and to the airport but that is certainly an extreme price for the 7km one way transportation (The bus to Milan would have been cheaper.)

The hotel lies directly at a street that had heavy traffic all night. Our windows were about 5m away from the cars and trucks drivng by all.night. Our beds were directly at the windows. Neither my wife nor me got any sleep that night.

This should not be listed as a three-star hotel. Its rooms are small, and cheaply furnished. It is in a small town quite distant (10 km?) from Malpensa. The restaurant was noisy and smelled of fried fish, which permeated the hotel. The price was way out of line with the quality of the hotel.

Il riscaldamento nelle stanze è troppo alto e non regolabile.
