+ Sehr ruhige Zimmer trotz Lage an belebter Straße (guter Schallschutz).

+ Fahrkartenservice spart Zeit (Bustickets werden zum Kauf angeboten);
+ kostenlose Beschreibung der Busverbindungen mit Abfahrtszeiten und
Straßenplan von Venedig an der Anmeldung erhältlich.
+ Sehr freundliches Personal.

Surpris par l'aspect extérieur de l'établissement , bâtisse vieillote , déçu par le manque de place pour les véhicules - cour intérieure petite - accès à la nationale dangereux . Ces défauts externes sont compensés par la qualité intérieure et un accueil polyglotte , riches en conseils .

Les chambres sont très bien décorées et plutôt confortables (clim etc...)
L'acceuil est chaleureux et le petit déj est correct.
Le seul défaut est le bruit dû à la route très passante. Sommeil léger s'abstenir...
Sinon l'environnement est sympas (riviera del Brenta) et il y a moyen de faire des balades en vélo sympathiques.
