Qualità del personale non eccellente visto che ho chiamato 2 volte alle ore .20.40/21.00 prima dell'arrivo e non ho ottenuto risposta: volevo indicazioni per raggiungere l'hotel. Sono arrivata a Vinci ed ho scoperto che e' situato a Sovegliano: e' poco corretto scrivere Vinci e non menzionare la località reale dell'hotel. Ero stanca e mi ha molto indispettito. Almeno mi avessero risposto al telefono, lo avrei "digerito" meglio.
