Ce qui est gênant concerne plutôt la route pour se déplacer vers mezzegra à pied. Avec une poussette, c'est très dangereux! Pas de trottoir sur le bord de la nationale! On ne connait pas tous les autres chemins, car nous sommes des touristes!

Tiefgaragenplätze nicht immer ausreichend, da einige Fahrzeuge 2 Plätze beanspruchten, müsste von der Hotelleitung etwas eingeteilt werden, kein richtiger Kafee/Cappuccino, und das in Italien!

Um ins Schwimmbecken zu gelangen muss man durch das Restaurant/Frühstücksraum

Très bon accueil, chambre impeccable, vue sur le lac de Côme superbe. Il est vrai qu'une partie de la route pour se rendre au débarcadère est dangereuse pour les piétons. Bon rapport qualité/prix à la salle manger. Déjeuner continental, choix variés et fruits frais.
Je suggérais à l'administration de changer de choix musical à la salle manger. Il y a possibilité de mettre une musique d'ambiance légèrement formelle sans nous faire entendre continuellement des trames sonores de films très ennuyantes.

Nous avons séjourné 2x1 nuit à 15 jours d'intervalles avec le même plaisir. Très belle chambre, très propre. Acceuil et service impeccable.
Repas raffiné, bon conseil pour le vin à un prix très abordable.
Petit déjeuner comme dans la plupart des hotels italien un peu léger.
Le point négatif : l'hotel se situe en bordure de route sans trottoir et il faut parcourir queques Km pour trouver un peu d'animations.

Seesicht und Strasse rechtfertigen nicht den Preisaufschlag gegenüber Zimmer auf der Rückseite: Rückseitiges Zimmer war grösser und viel ruhiger, weil Strasse vor dem Hotel vorbeigeht

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Restaurant entsprach dem Hotelstandart.
