El personal fue muy amable. Vinieron a recogernos a Virgi (Trapani) y al día siguiente nos llevaron al aeropuerto para recoger el coche que alquilamos y el viaje sin ningún cargo. El hotel es sencillo, pero correcto. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Trapani.

It was a nice hotel/apt, but I was disappointed by the taxi driver going to and from the airport. I paid 30 euros from the hotel to the airport - it is 2 km ride!

Pas de navette aéroport : Nous avons réservé cet hôtel uniquement parce qu'il proposait un service de navette pour l'aéroport, mais à l'arrivée le personnel nous a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de navette et qu'il fallait appeler un taxi (30€) pour aller jusqu'à l'aéroport de Trapani se situant à environ 5 kms. Peut-être que ce service de navette est sous conditions (horaires, prévenir à l'avance...), mais ce qui serait bien ce serait de le noter sur le site !

Nous avons dû payer un taxi le 26 mai matin pour aller prendre notre avion !! soit dépense de 35 €
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et il y a beaucoup de bruit de tuyaux (dès que l'on active la chasse-d'eau ou que l'on prend la douche) !! Donc impossible de se reposer.
Seul l'accueil a été bon en arrivant.

I'd like to say that when we were leaving the hotel and stood and waited for the bus, in the rain for 2 h, that never showed up and then got a lift with the grand parents of one of the staff we where really happy. The best service ever! Thank you!
