In effetti ho soggiornato dal 1/1 al 6/1 ed eravamo in 5 su tre camere. Ho trovato il personale in generale molto cortese e professionale, l'albergo in generale buono e ben posizionato. Unica nota stonata era il Manager che non aveva quella affabilità e disponibilità che mi sarei aspettato ma piuttosto un'aria arcigna e decisamente poco amichevole. Mi sento di dare un suggerimento : curerei molto di più l'assistenza ai clienti per le visite alla città. Le problematiche a Venezia sono tante : tessere vaporetti, tessere chiese, mostre, etc. Avere una guida/suggerimento in tal senso non solo con avvisi/cartelli ma come parte attiva. Ho capito solo alla fine in maniera del tutto casuale che siete un gruppo, va evidenziato di più! Saluti.
