Sehr freundliche, unterstützende und beratende Rezeptionsmitarbeiter,
Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet, das Dachzimmer war sehr schön, es fehlt jedoch m.E. eine Dachdämmung, denn selbst die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft, die Temperaturen angenehm zu halten.
Warum nur das ZDF als deutschsprachiger Fernesehsender zu sehen ist, bleibt ein Geheimnis.

The receptionist, whom I unfortunately forgot the name, is absolutely amazing, he told us exactly how to go and what to do in Venezia with the some incredible sympathy and sense of humor he received us. An excellent Hotel with an outstanding receptionist.

Die Lüftungsableitung im Badezimmner ist komplett verschmutzt .
Für einen Vier-Sterne Betrieb dürfte dort in dieser Hinsicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt werden.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
