Nous avons effectué un agréable séjour dans votre hotel palace , nos enfants ont adoré le jacuzzi et le petit-déjeuner ; franchement c'était très bien !! on reviendra si les tarifs n'augmentent pas ! BUON ANNO 2010 !

The hotel decor and room was fantastic however we were concerned with the lack of knowledge of some of the key staff members. Apart from Eduardo, who i believe was the hotel manager, the other members of the reception team just could not help us or guide us with what to do. EG: - When we asked about how to get around and about the local area, or where to go to eat or just info on tourism, we didn't get much assurance from anyone except at times from Eduardo.

We were concerened with the understanding of English as part of a communication process. Respecting the fact that we were in Italy we had tried to communicate with the fewest words we knew but at times were found like we were talking to a brick wall.

The staff were happy to help me out with getting milk for my baby boy at anytime of day which was of great help indeed and i am very greteful, however i believe that i returned the favour when i had been asked to handle an incoming call from abroad (from Canada) where a lady had been asking to be connected to room 419, but the reception manager at the time and another lady from the hotel restaurant just could not understand the lady on the phone.

The worst day for us had been on the day we had checked out. We asked the reception manager at the time to arrange a taxi for us to take us to the airport. At first the wrong size car arrived as we were 4 adult passengers plus 1 baby with loads of luggage.

We were then told that out next car is arriving in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes there was no car, we asked the reception manager again and he told us it will be with us in 6 minutes. Still there was no car. This repeated again and again until we were fed up and asked the manager to re call the taxi company in front of us! The car arrived 50 minutes after the original time meaning that we had limited time to get to the airport and just about check in. It was hard as due to the late arrival of the taxi we had to rush with our baby and luggage and this was not pleasant at all.

Stayed here for 2 nights one week apart - Food excellent Rooms excellent - secure underground garage - Difficult to find from A4 Autostrada both worth persevering tranquil atmosphere and reasonable prices - Would return again just for the wonderful food
