Reservamos un apartamento. No hubo servicio de limpieza ni reposición de toallas. Al marcharnos vimos las habitaciones del hotel que estaban verdaderamente muy bien, y comentamos en recepción las pocas condiciones que reúne el apartamento. La ubicación es muy buena. Se pueden recomendar las habitaciones del Hotel.

Le nettoyage des chambres n'a pas été fait, peut être que nous avions choisi un appart hôtel et que ce n'était pas inclus, mais c'était le seul point négatif de l'hôtel.
Sinon nous sommes content d'avoir choisi "Hotel La Venere" à Firenze et on conseillera nos amis..
