The staff were very helpful, and courteous, and seemed genuine, rather than the usual fake plastic hospitality industry approach. Often they did not charge for giving me cold water. The rooms could be a bit less 'spartan'. For example I had to ask for table and chairs for the balcony. TVs are small.
