Personale molto gentile e professionale. Le risposte alle nostre richieste di informazioni utili, sono state molto soddisfacenti.
Posto centrale, venti minuti a piedi per raggiungere Piazza Duomo e le vie dello shopping.
Le fermate della metro e degli autobus sono molto vicine.
A breve distanza dall'hotel si trovano piccoli caffè d'epoca.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.
Ich würde mir einen Mückenschutz vor dem Fenster wünschen.
Sonst kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen weil dann Mücken ins Zimmer kommen.
Für Paare würde ich das nächste mal ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten buchen. Das Zimmer mit dem Kingsizebett ist so winzig.

Unico difetto importante: durante la notte l'aria condizionata (indispensabile, vista la temperatura esterna di fine luglio) era piuttosto rumorosa, pur avendo selezionato la velocità minima; probabilmente si sentiva anche la ventilazione esterna (o delle camere vicine, non so). Se riuscite a migliorare questo punto la soddisfazione sarà davvero pressoché totale.
