The hotel is a little difficult to find due to the one way streets surrouding the hotel.
However, the owner went out of her way to accommodate us. We needed to go to the supermarket in the evening, it was foggy and had no orientation where we were due to nightfall and fog. We drove there by following her to the supermarket.
The following day, she also printed off written instructions on how to get to Malpensa airport as our GPS did not recognise the airport. Breakfast was excellent, ranging from croissants, toast, cold cut meats, fruit, yoghurt and coffee / cappuccino.
Large white towels were a welcome in the bathroom. Rooms very clean. Would stay there again, without hesitation.
