L'hôtel est bien situé, malheureusement l'aménagement des chambres est sommaire, il est par ailleurs difficile de prendre une douche le filet d'eau qui coule étant tantôt chaud tantôt froid.
La chambre donnait sur une cour sombre et les odeurs d’égout et de cuisine dissuadaient d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Au petit déjeuner le manque d'organisation et le manque de personnel rendait le service inefficace. Ceci est bien regrettable car la situation de l'hôtel et la disponibilité du personnel de l'accueil font que l'on reste malgré tout sur une note positive.

Service réception et accueil excellent. Responsable petit déjeuner très fermée. Il faudrait que l'hôtel encadre particulièrement les groupes de jeunes qui font beaucoup de bruit tard dans la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas assez isolées pour masquer les éclats de rire, les conversations à fortes voix....Un couvre-feu à 10h me paraîtrait raisonnable.
