The design and the location is very good, just 4 stops from termini station but breakfast is not good, it is served in the room, so it is the same every day and it just have 2 or 3 sticks of coffee, 2 cups of tea, no butter, no milk, 2 packs of biscuits, 2 small cakes, 2 juices or none and 2 yoghurts or none and 2 croissants or none every day. We stayed for 4 nights and they didn't change us the towels. At the first day we ended the small bottle of shampoo and shower bath and they didn't put an other! So we washed with the soap for hands. In my mothers room, they didn't even put soap for hands for all 4 days, so she had to put shampoo there. Then she didn't have shampoo for 4 days.The bathroom in Tilapia suite smells bad. And last but not least, they didn't put enough toilet paper. So if it was half or less one day they didn't put other!

La atención al cliente es magnífica y también la limpieza inicial, así como la despensa y el frigorífico. Lo que faltó lo trajeron a primera hora del primer día, para el desayuno. Sin embargo no nos limpiaron conforme a lo acordado.

La conexión con el centro era pesada y compleja (es un problema general de Roma). Nos alojaron en la via Clitunno, no en la Suite in Terrazza. De todos modos, para ser Roma, la relación calidad-precio y la ubicación, junto con el servicio hacen que mi valoración sea de excelente. Tranvía y Bus en pocas paradas al Vaticano; en 30m caminando a Villa Borguesse. El barrio pleno de comercios, restaurantes y casas de nivel alto.

Super Apartment, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einer super Lage unweit vom Zentrum Roms. Lediglich das Frühstück sollte etwas aufgestockt werden, ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher knapp kalkuliert gewesen. Insgesamt aber Klasse!!!

I was a bit worried when we approached the building but amazed when I saw the rooms! This was the best I have ever stayed in the venue is great great great!

Nous avons dormi 2 nuits de suite dans une chambre chauffée à 19°C (la femme de ménage change la clim puis la bloque), le mot de passe internet nous a été donné une heure avant de quitter l'hôtel et les petits-déjeuners sont mauvais et maigres. L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas simple. Le métro Tiburtina est loin ( au moins 2 stations de bus). Cependant, les images de l'hôtel sont conforme à la réalité.

La chambre est magnifique et la terrasse également. il n'y a que le petit déjeuner que nous avons moins aimé.

J'ai été étonnée d'avoir du payer en espèces à l'arrivée. C'est un appartement dans un immeuble (absence de réception).

Reservamos con tarjetas de crédito sin embargo unos días antes de llegar el hotel nos envió un mail pidiéndonos que pagáramos el alojamiento en efectivo y al momento de llegar. El desayuno debe preparárselo el pasajero con lo que te dejan la noche anterior. Este servicio es insatisfactorio. No volvería a alojarme aquí.
