Essendo un hotel 4 stelle manca il personale per bagagli. La camera doppia ha un armadio troppo piccolo. Non hanno saputo spiegare il conto delle telefonate, soltanto il totale che secondo me non era giusto anche perché ho consultato prima le tariffe. Ho informato che il mio arrivo 2 giorni dopo e la tariffa è aumentata da 48 a 52,25 euro al giorno. Non sono d´accordo, giusto é mantenere la tariffa della prenotazione, anche perché la sosta fu di 7 giorni. Non é possibile utilizzare Internet non senza avere con se la propria notebook.
