Reviews Hotel Lugano Torretta - Venice

Wegen Umbauarbeiten/Renovierungen war die Außenanlage/Pool nicht benutzbar.

We chose Lugano Torretta Hotel because of the swimming pool. But it turned out that the pool was closed, when we arrived. We were promised discount on that, but we did not get it anyway. Disappointment was regarding the swimming facility at such a hot weather. When booking the hotel in April, our daughter called the hotel and was told about the repair works, but the hotel personnel assured her that the pool would be ready by July. Which was obviously not the case.

In quel periodo stavano rimodernando le camere dell'hotel. Per questo motivo era circondato dai ponteggi. Per tale motivo, inoltre, di giorno nelle camere era buio, la vista dalle finestre era terribile e la piscina non funzionava.

Estuve alojada, junto con una amiga con la cual viajamos, en un hotel en Mestre, el cual deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza, cuidado y mantenimiento.

Y deseando pasar un dia mas en Venecia, buscamos otro hotel, cercano a la estacion y encontramos el Lugano Torretta.

Nos parecia mentira la diferencia de uno a otro en cuanto a la relacion calidad-precio. Mucho mejor el Lugano que era confortable, limpio, con un excelente desayuno, internet, buena locomocion.

Un grand merci à la Dame qui s'occupe de la réception dans la journée, pour sa compétence et son amabilité, ce qui nous a évité de changer de chambre pendant notre séjour (nous n'avions réservé qu'une seule nuit au départ)

le Monsieur de la réception est plus distant

le restaurant conseillé est trés bien
