Für eine Nacht Parkgebühr sind 12 euro viel;

abendliche Musik im Dachrestaurant nervt;

sehr freundliche Aufnahme an der Rezeption.

Hotel situato nei pressi del porto, con l'immondizia sul retro dell'edificio. E' un albergo a 4 stelle ma è una struttura "vecchia", oggi un hotel così avrebbe giusto 3 stelle (a mio avviso). Secondo me andrebbe rinnovato. Appena entrato in stanza ho notato il cavo dell'antenna rotto.

L'unico problema, se cosi si può chiamare, è il satellite TV che non funziona sempre bene, altrimenti molto soddisfatta di tutto.

Tutto ottimo, però sarebbe il caso di sostituire la tenda della doccia, che si appiccica addosso con un'adeguato box.

Good value for money. Sufficient rooms. This would have been a great hotel couple of decades back, but has not been renovated as per times. Breakfast was awesome. Location is good for ferries and city center. For parking they charged 12€ per day. We had bad experience with the old male of the staff. We had some minor issue with the wash basin and asked him for help at noon he said he will send someone, when we came back in evening no one had fixed it. I again told him then he said that 'he had informed his colleague but he will tell him again'. When we returned in the night, it was not fixed yet. Now when we asked him he started acting like he didn't understand English and started showing map. Except one old lady receptionist we found all staff very rude and unhelpful.

Il traffico, sin da prima dell'alba, in entrata verso il sottostante porto di Palermo ha provocato tanto rumore, da rendere assai disagevole il riposo notturno. Inoltre, le camere non sembravano esattamente conformi alle aspettative che è lecito riporre in un albergo a quattro stelle, bensì stentatamente riferibili ad un hotel di tre stelle. Sicché la catalogazione con quattro stelle mi pare induca in errore il potenziale cliente, così come senz'altro ha indotto me in errore. Sebbene il prezzo sia effettivamente contenuto, comunque non penso di tornarci.
