Excellent accueil de la réception - entretien de la chambre excellent. - Belle vue depuis la chambre No. 6 sur Sta Maria Novella.
De ce fait, nous sommes restés deux nuits supplémentaires !
Bruit désagréable du boiler d' eau chaude dans la pièce d'à côté.
Réglage de la chaleur de l'eau "fantaisiste"
L'eau froide du lavabo arrivait en toute petite quantité.
Nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de service de petit déjeuner...
