Unfortunately, despite to the rather pleasant service in the reception, I cannot say much too good about the hotel itself.
It Mmakes an impression of under-maintenance. Dirty walls and scars on them .
Our was bitten by bedbugs at night (brrr) - he is the only one of us who was using the woollen blanket. We squeamished.
No hot water in the shower.
The choice of food for breakfast is very poor.
Therefore, to my opinion, the hotel does not correspond to the claimed star rating.

Le confort était bien mais le chauffage beaucoup trop élevé et non réglable, de plus la literie aurait pu être facilement plus confortable. Problême avec la douche que je qualifirais d'écossaise tant il est difficile de rester sur une température stable plus d'une minute...sinon l'hôtel en lui même est très agréable et le personnel serviable et très gentil.

We arrived in the night and wanted to leave early in the morning. The person in the reception in the night did not prebook a taxi, even if we asked for advice. We almost had a problem to catch a train in the morning, but thanks to the nice help of the person in reception we managed to catch the train in a different station than originally planned. So there were both good and bad service in the reception.
