Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con 2 letti singoli, invece hanno consegnato 1 matrimoniale. Dopo le 10 di sera non c'era acqua calda, la camera era al 1 piano vicino all' entrata perciò di notte non abbiamo dormito bene per il rumore e al mattino alle 5.00 hanno già cominciato a fare rumore... Pensate voi...

La camera assegnatami era un sottotetto caldissimo. Nessuno, nonostante la prenotazione, si era degnato di rinfrescarla per tempo. Solo al terzo tentativo, dopo molte insistenze e discussioni, mi è stata data una camera sotto i 35 gradi, in cui fosse possibile dormire
