Le informazioni per raggiungere l'hotel hanno lasciato a desiderare, bastava scrivere prendere autostrada milano-malpensa prima uscita vergiate, uscendo a gravellona toce ho fatto 60 km.. Altra cosa la colazione a buffet: le macchinette che erogano caffè ecc. lasciamole agli stranieri. Sur le site visité, il ne faisait pas part du nouveau centre de balnéothérapie, qui est un plus énorme dans cet hotel déja pas mal à la base.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, aber die Anlage könnte gepflegter sein.
Für die Reinigung und Pflege der Anlage war anscheinend nicht genug Personal vorhanden.

Als absolut unbefriedigend ist das Frühstück zu bezeichnen. 10 Tage lang gab es jeden Morgen das Gleiche: die gleiche Wust, den gleichen Käse, das gleiche Rührei etc. Nicht einmal gab es eine Tomate, eine Scheibe Mozzarella, eine andere Brotsorte ets.

Plage artificielle pas entretenue, abord de plage avec dépotoir de vieux bateau et ferrailles rouillées.
Chambre mal soignée; drap de lit déchiré, la douche qui coule peu .
Le pire était la nourriture, qui était insipide, peu de légumes et de mauvaise qualité, en 4 jours nous n'avons pas vu l'ombre d'une salade, il faut réclamer un peu de citron pour le poisson, du parmesan pour les pâtes on vous en sert une petite cuillère et basta.
Nous avons été déçu et nous ne recommanderons pas cet hotel, top cher pour le prix. C'est regrettable car cet hotel a une magnifique situation au bord du lac, vue, calme, belle piscine et jardin.
