The staff doesn't speak anything else but Italian.
For the price I payed, you're able to find other things. I know Bonola was just a 2 star rated, but it was below everything I expected. I think there are plenty of hostels with a better accommodation than Hotel Bonola, but the rate will be a lot lower than the 120 euros a night I payed.
