Cet hôtel ne mérite pas du tout les 3 étoiles qui lui ont été attribuées:
aucun accueil (en fait,il faut s'adresser au le Paül);une vue sur une palissade (au rez de chaussée);pas de piscine;pas de restaurant;pas du tout insonorisé...en fait,il correspond à 1 étoile maximum:donc très déçu par rapport au descriptif qui a dicté mon choix

Smeralda und La Paül (gegenüber) gehören zusammen - wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass wir damit auch Gäste im La Paül sind und die Badeeinrichtungen (Strand etc.) mit benutzen können.
Der Pool im Smeralda ist eher ein Kinder-Pool. Der Bade-Zugang zum See über die Betontreppe am Seeufer (Betonmauer als Uferbefestigung) ist nicht sehr einladend.

Poca gentilezza e disponibllità da parte del personale per le nostre esigenze di collegarci ad internet con il nostro pc: prima per problemi di linea.... senza mai comunque avvisarci della ripristinata linea almeno sul tardi (era stato richiesto esplicitamente con la prenotazione).... poi alla gentile nostra richiesta del giorno dopo di farci collegare un attimo dalla reception (pagando), poichè avevamo già fatto il check-out, non c'è stata alcuna disponiblità, ma soprattutto, non c'è stata pari nostra gentilezza.
Alla colazione, sgarbo ed irritazione (da parte di alcuni operatori) per un nostro lieve ritardo, di cui ci stavamo debitamente scusando: siamo entrate nel ristorante due minuti dopo la fine dell'orario previsto.

Buona sera, l'Hotel rispecchia quanto c'è scritto sul vostro sito, è pulito ed ordinato, il personale è gentile e l'ambiente è accogliente, non ci siamo trovati bene per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, in quanto si mangia male ed il personale non è molto disponibile, è meglio scegliere solo dormire e prima colazione.
Per essere in Italia pensavamo di mangiare meglio.
