Farei notare il problema del parcheggio, in quanto, non trovando posto nel parcheggio dell'hotel, ho dovuto usufruire di un parcheggio esterno (forse convenzionato) ma pagato da me.
Mi chiedo la differenza tra me ed un altro cliente, avendo io pagato la stessa cifra. Non poteva farsi carico l'hotel della spesa?
Tanto più che ho dovuto percorrere la strada dal parcheggio all'hotel e pagarlo di tasca mia, mentre altri clienti hanno parcheggiato sotto l'hotel

The rooms were very old. Carpets from the 50s. The staff gave us wrong directions and we got lost. When we called the hotel for help, they were not helpful at all.

Quelques remarques sans grande importance:
Manque d'informations sur le branchement à internet avec un ordinateur portable.
L'odinateur du RDC était en langue locale donc je ne savais comment faire.
Dans la chambre une 2ème prise se trouvait au niveau du téléphone, utilisable?
L'environnement n'était pas idéal avec les travaux.
AVIS GENERAL:
C'est un très bel hôtel, le cadre est très bien, le personnel de qualité et je suis très satisfait de mon séjour.

Idéal pour visiter Venise, accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, gentillesse naturelle pour le personnel aux petis soins quelque soit sa fonction. Parking un peu petit mais si vous laissez votre clé à la réception, votre voiture est prise en charge et pas de souci de place. Deux petits bémols, café du petit déjeuner infect et cuvette des WC implantée trop près du mur pour s'asseoir confortablement. Mais je recommande cet hôtel pour toute l'attention dont la clientèle bénéficie.

Beaucoup de travaux à Mestre et c'est vraiment difficile de rejoindre l'hotel en voiture.Heureusement, l'hotel dispose d'un parking et on peut y laisser son véhicule pour aller visiter Venise en bus(en 18 mn). Personnel professionnel,petit-déjeuner compris,chambres rococos et propres.Une bonne adresse.
