The hotel requires WAY too much from their clients in regards to how to access the hotel. It took us an hour and huge pains to arrive at the hotel.

Ho avuto i seguenti disagi:
- Avendo chiesto il prolungamento di un giorno sono stato spostato in un'altra camera di ugual prezzo (non ne capisco la ragione)
- Nessuno mi ha aiutato a trasferirmi obbligandomi poi ad entrare dopo le ore 12 con tutte le valige in una camera ancora da rifare
- Piu' di una volta le donne delle pulizie hanno cercato di entrare nella camera prima del tempo

A link associated with the hotel led me to believe the hotel was on the Venezia island. Also, the air conditioning unit in our hotel room was grossly underpowered to cool the room. Still we enjoyed our stay and found the staff very helpful.
