Agriturismo Arlena, Bolsena

The Arlena holiday farm is located on the banks of Lake Bolsena, 120 km north of Rome and to the south of Siena, 7 km from the border of Umbria and 25 km from Tuscany.

Fruit and kiwi fruit are grown on this farm with 10 hectares of land that extends down to the lake and independent furnished apartments, all on the ground floor, with a furnished and panoramic porch.

All of the apartments have a well-equipped kitchenette and have been attentively furnished in keeping with the country atmosphere.

The holiday farm has a very large communal garden (800 sq. m.) facing the apartments.

Very private beach, accessible on foot or on a bicycle, 200 metres across the orchard.

The restaurant, for residents only, is set in the halls of the 19th-century master farmhouse next to the accommodation.

Canoe, sailing boat and motor boat hire. Bicycles and beach services are offered at no extra charge (sunbeds and deckchairs, floating sunbathing platforms, shower and changing room).

The ideal place for lovers of sports fishing, in particular black bass spinning and pike trolling, but also tench and eel fishing.

Possibility to take a course in sailing or water-skiing. Horse stables and horse rides are available in the near vicinity. Closest golf course is 40 km. away (Marina Velca -Tarquinia).

The holiday farm has 4 types of accommodation:

A) One-roomed flat, for two people plus a third person in an extra bed, with a private bathroom and a porch of 22 sq. m. overlooking the lake furnished with a wooden table and chairs and a sunbed.

B) Two-roomed apartment for 4 people, with a private bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge with two single beds, a kitchenette, a porch of 32 sq. m. furnished with a wooden table and chairs and sunbeds.

C) Two-roomed apartment as above but with a porch of 12 sq. m., furnished in the same way, with the possibility of an extra bed for a fifth person.

D) Three-roomed apartment for up to 6 people with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two private bathrooms, a lounge with two single beds, a kitchenette and a porch of 12 sq. m. furnished with wooden chairs and a deckchair.
