Terre di Isa is a farm holiday house immersed in the green hills that surround Lake Trasimeno, in a panoramic and peaceful position in the middle of oak forests and broom.

It is an ideal place from which to visit the most beautiful art cities in Umbria and Tuscany, such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio and Montepulciano. This old farmhouse from 1700 offers all modern quality comforts in an elegant, welcoming ambience and is furnished with original period furniture.

It has a Swimming pool, Solarium, Wi-Fi Internet connection, Athletic Course, panoramic Wellness Room with whirlpool bath for 2, sauna and Turkish bath and well-being treatments.

Isabella will be pleased to suggest wines and traditional products from Umbria, describing the harvesting of the fruit and vegetables used for making jams, preserves, cakes and deserts; Massimo will take the guests on walks or on horseback to discover the hills around Lake Trasimeno.

Nearby there are not only tennis courts, golf courses and soccer fields, but also centres on the lake from where you can surf or hire boats.

Pets are welcome.

Children under 5 are free of charge.

Isabella and Massimo have personally chosen the materials and the elegant period furniture, using different colour, fabrics and furniture for every room, thus making each room unique and original.

Most of the rooms have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, shower, bath and hairdryer.

There is also a small bar area equipped with kitchenware, a fridge and an electric element so that you can enjoy coffee, tea or herbal tea directly in your room.

The rooms are cleaned and the towels changed daily; on request it is possible to have breakfast served in your room.

There is an extra service available in the special “Cupid” rooms. Sparkling wine, red roses, candles and music can be provided for couples who wish to celebrate a special occasion.
