The Linearis holiday home is located in Barberino Val d'Elsa, in the hills between Siena and Florence.

Set in an old 17th-century farmhouse, it is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and has 8 independent apartments, a barbecue with outdoor tables, a swimming pool, a children’s playground, a large car park and a garage.

The holiday home is family-run and cultural and artistic entertainment such as performances by the pool, screenings and various types of exhibitions are organised for guests.

The holiday home is composed of 8 independent apartments with different characteristics to suit various accommodation requirements:

- apartment A (78 sq. m.) suitable for small groups (max. 6 people), is on the ground floor and has a large lounge-dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a shared bathroom and a view of the pool.

- apartment B (61 sq. m.) with access from the garden facing the pool, is composed of a large room with a kitchen and a lounge on the ground floor, and a double room, a twin room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle on the first floor. It is ideal for 2 couples.

- apartment C (50 sq. m.) is intimate and well-lit, set entirely on the ground floor, it has a lounge-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal for couples, it can accommodate up to 4 people (with a sofa-bed).

- apartment D (50 sq. m.) is on the ground floor and has a large glazed entrance that makes it very light. It has a room dominated by a brick, cross vault ceiling, a kitchen, a lounge and a double sofa-bed. The sleeping quarters are composed of a spacious double room, large enough for an extra bed for a child, with a French window that leads directly out to the garden and swimming pool.

- apartment E (50 sq. m.) is on two levels with access from the internal wing next to the children’s play area. It has a charming lounge-kitchen on the ground floor and a twin room, a double room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

- apartment F (68 sq. m.) is located on the first floor and has a large lounge-kitchen with two sofa-beds positioned in front of the fireplace, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends, even in the winter.

- apartment J (95 sq. m.) is on two levels and has a large lounge-dining room, kitchen with access to an independent garden with tables, and a bathroom. The double room, a room with a three-quarter bed and a bathroom are located on the first floor. With the sofa-bed in the lounge, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

- apartment K (105 sq. m.) is on two levels and has a large lounge-dining room with a fireplace, kitchen with access to an independent garden with tables, 2 bathrooms, a double room, a twin room and a single room. With the sofa-bed in the lounge, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
