The historic Fattoria Palazzeta is found in Cecina in the heart of Tuscany around 1.8km away from the sea and from the town centre.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful natural oasis where everything is close to the sea, the hills, the historic villages and the most beautiful artistic cities. The building was recently renovated and provides an ideal place to spend a lovely weekend in complete relaxation.

Nestled among the typical Tuscan countryside surrounded by the beautiful colours of nature, the breathtaking sea and fragrant pine forest, the Fattoria Palazzeta allows guests to play numerous sports and explore the local wine and cuisine.

Guests have access to a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a play area for children, ping pong, a bocce court, volleyball, bicycle rental, self service laundry facilities, football, a barbecue, WiFi internet access, babysitting service upon request for a fee, swimming lessons and a private beach with special rates for guests located just 1.5km away.

The resort includes numerous apartments found in three separate buildings.

The different apartments can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 8 guests (10 in the outbuilding).

Decorated with creativity and style, all of the apartments on the ground floor have a private entrance, a parking space and a furnished private courtyard where guests can dine outdoors. They also include satellite colour television and a fully equipped kitchenette.

- Terratetto (measuring 35 square metres) is on the ground floor in a one storey building located across from the swimming pool with a private entrance, a furnished gazebo, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a shower that was recently renovated. The apartment has a private parking space.

- Terratetto Loft (measuring 45 square metres) is on two floors located across from the swimming pool with two private entrances, a barbecue and a gazebo. The ground floor has a large living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and a window. A winding staircase connects to the two floors. The loft area has a double bed with a lovely view of the swimming pool. The apartment has a private parking space.

- Terratetto (measuring 45 square metres) is on the ground floor in a one storey building on the opposite side from the swimming pool in the most peaceful area of the resort. Very spacious and recently renovated, it has a private entrance, a private parking space, a gazebo, a barbecue, a table and chairs and a small courtyard with two sunbeds on the opposite side from the entrance to the double bedroom. The living room has a kitchenette (with an oven) and a sofa bed for two. The spacious double bedroom has room for a cradle and includes a bathroom with a shower and a window.

- Apartment (measuring 65 square metres) located on the first floor with a private entrance. It has a courtyard measuring 120 square metres with a gazebo, a barbecue, two sunbeds, a table and chairs, a living room with a kitchenette (equipped with an oven) and a sofa bed for two, a spacious double bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed and a pullout bed, a bathroom with a shower and a window. The apartment has two private parking spaces.

- Apartment (measuring 75 square metres) located on the first floor with a private entrance and a small terrace with an umbrella, a table and chairs, a garden measuring around 80 square metres with a gazebo, a deck chair, a barbecue and a table and chairs. The living room has a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and a storeroom. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a window. The twin bedroom (which can be made into a double bedroom) has access to the outdoor terrace. There is a second bathroom with a shower with no windows. The apartment has two private parking spaces.

- Terratetto (measuring 65 square metres) is on the ground floor in a one storey building located across from the swimming pool. It has a private entrance and a courtyard measuring approximately 80 square metres found on three sides of the house equipped with a gazebo, a table and chairs, a barbecue and two sunbeds. The living room has a sofa bed for two and a private kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and both of which have windows. The apartment has two private parking spaces.

- Terratetto (measuring 80 square metres) is found on two storeys located on the side opposite the swimming pool in the most peaceful area. This apartment was recently renovated. It has a private entrance and a courtyard measuring approximately 50 square metres and includes a private parking space, a gazebo, a barbecue, a table and chairs and a small courtyard with two sunbeds on the opposite side, which can be accessed from the double bedroom. The ground floor has a kitchenette (equipped with an oven) with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom, a storeroom and a bathroom with a shower and window. The first floor has a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two and a double bedroom, both of which have room for a cradle. There is a second bathroom with a shower with no windows.

A large portion of the Art Nouveau villa located in front of the pine forest only 180m away from the sea and 300m from the centre of Marina di Cecina on a peaceful lane just off the main road. The house measures around 120 square metres on the first floor with a mansard.

The fittings are from the 1980’s and are very well maintained, as are the furnishings which have been meticulously cared for. The first floor has the private kitchen with a new kitchenette, an oven and satellite colour television. There are two spacious double bedrooms, a small twin/double room, two bathrooms with showers (one with no windows) and a convenient storeroom with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The attic has a small double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a recreation room with a colour television and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window. On the ground floor there is a courtyard shared with one other apartment equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The price includes access to the swimming pool, the playground and the parking lot at Fattoria Palazzeta.
