The Hotel Il Fiorile is surrounded by nature that is both sweet and strong, created by the undulating Piedmontese land meeting with the first spurs of the Apennines. This renovated farmhouse is in an old-fashioned orchard, which is a pleasant resting place in the summer season. During the winter, it is just as enchanting to remain closed within the first floor dining room and observe the fields and woods dozing in fog and frost that seem to invite the old-fashioned warmth of the wood-burning stove.
It is an ideal destination for those who wish to abandon the city, spend a weekend in the discovery of good food and peace and quiet in a natural environment, and maybe enjoy a mountain bike excursion, a horse ride or a pleasant walk.

The hotel has 6 beautiful rooms that are named after the flowers and plants of our valleys (Rosa, Rovo, Ginesta, etc.) and have direct access from the garden: furnished in our territory’s relaxing and pleasant style, with warm and light colours, flowery details, rustic furniture that fulfils the need for relaxation and romanticism, the single room, the two doubles/triples and the two studio flats with kitchens (one of which adjoins to the single room, meaning that it can become a two-roomed flat), will satisfy the requirements of singles, couples and small families.
The rooms have independently controlled heating, a telephone, internet access, a colour television, a minibar and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
The car park is next to the hotel and some rooms are wheelchair accessible.

The restaurant serves typical local dishes made with local ingredients, recreated in a classic and renewed style, without eccentricities but with genuine originality. The Fiorile has distinguished itself in the last few years for the rediscovery and recreation of local gastronomical specialities such as the Quarantina Potato, the Fagiolana of Val Borbera and the now famous Montèbore. Particular care is taken in the selection of both Italian and foreign cheeses, which has earned the Fiorile a review in the prestigious Caseus International magazine. The restaurant is also proud of the selection of charcuterie offered, which are chosen from typical additive-free products.
The à la carte menu also includes a choice of organic products specifically dedicated to vegetarians and to those who suffer from food allergies, with a select proposal of pasta made from emmer, kamut, rice and maize.
The Fiorile has appeared in some of the most prestigious Italian guidebooks; the Guida ai Ristoranti d’Italia di Veronelli, the Touring Club’s Guida agli Alberghi e ai Ristoranti and Papillon magazine by Paolo Massobrio have all given enthusiastic reviews.
The restaurant adheres to the Ristorante Tipico ® circuit and to Alessia, the name of quality in the province of Alessandria.
