The Agriturismo La Zoca di Strii is located among the splendid mountains and enchanting valleys in the centre of Valle d’Intelvi, which is in the community of Schignano. This country resort is in a lovely panoramic location close to Lake Como, the Comacina Island, and the Balbianello peninsula and is surrounded by a spectacle of colours that only this corner of Lombardy is able to present.
The Zoca di Strii is composed of a historic cluster of rural buildings that once housed stables and livestock and that today has been transformed into convenient and comfortable guest accommodation.
Guests can savour the authentic products from the farm, the organic seasonal vegetables and the eggs from the hen house, as well as visit the farm and its various animals (horses, pigs and sheep).

The main building is covered in stone on the outside and as a special dining room that was created in part from the original structure and in part from the live rock.
Guests can enjoy lunch in the indoor dining room or on the spacious outdoor terrace while taking in the lovely panoramic view of the Lepontine Alps.

Travel along the Milano Laghi motorway until the sign reading "Ultima uscita per l'Italia, Cernobbio, Menaggio", then continue until the traffic circle for Cernobbio - Tavernola, and take the tunnel for the SS340 Regina state road towards Moltrasio - Menaggio. Upon arriving approximately 100 metres from the residential centre of Argegno, divert to the left by following the signs for Erbonne - Schignano. Continue by following the signs for the Zoca di Strii.
From Lugano:
Exit at the border at the Ponte Chiasso pass; continue towards Como - Cernobbio until thetraffic circle for Cernobbio - Tavernola. Take the tunnel for the SS340 Regina state road towards Moltrasio - Menaggio. Upon arriving approximately 100 metres from the residential centre of Argegno, divert to the left by following the signs for Erbonne - Schignano. Continue by following the signs for the Zoca di Strii.
