Oliveto Residence, Ceriale

The Residence Oliveto is found in Ceriale 200m from the promenade in the heart of Liguria.

Surrounded by the beautiful greenery of a Mediterranean park with lovely lawns and palm trees, this hotel is the ideal place to spend a lovely holiday at the sea in complete relaxation or for a winter getaway, thanks to the moderate climate of this area.

Guests have access to a swimming pool with sea water, a hot tub with sea water, a small swimming pool with fresh-water, a slide and toys for children, a play area for children, day and evening entertainment staff with a miniclub, free bicycle rental, tennis courts, football fields, and a parking lot and garage available upon request with a reservation for a fee.

Table, bedroom and bathroom linens are included in the room rate with a mid-week changing.

A final cleaning is included in the rate (excluding the kitchenette).

Utilities (water, light, gas and heating in the winter) are included.

Entertainment service is available from the beginning of June to the middle of September.

The residence has one-, two- and three-room apartments that have been completely renovated:

- A3 Superior: one-room apartment with a hideaway double bed/twin beds + hideaway single bed, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and an umbrella, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

- B4 Superior Gardenia: two-room apartment in the outbuilding (50m from the main building in the park) that was recently renovated consisting of an entranceway, a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and umbrellas or a raised level with direct access to the garden, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

- B5 Superior Gardenia: two-room apartment in the outbuilding (50m from the main building in the park) that was recently renovated consisting of an entranceway, a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two + an armchair bed, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and umbrellas or a raised level with direct access to the garden, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
