The Residence Il Casale is located in a historic 16th century rural building near San Pietro a Cegliolo, just a short distance away from Cortona.
Completely renovated in line with the original style and characteristics, the residence consists of a large wing and has extensive spaces where guests can relax and unwind.
The peaceful quiet and the lush greenery of nature make an ideal backdrop for this luxurious resort, carefully planned and designed to provide maximum comfort.
Guests can relax by the swimming pool (16m x 8m) with deckchairs, sunbeds, cushions, beach umbrellas and showers.
The beautiful garden has tables and chairs where guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner.
Check-in is on Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00; the apartments must be vacated on Saturday by 10:00.

Il Residence consists of 10 apartments (including 8 three room apartments that can accommodate 4 guests, and 2 two room apartments that can accommodate 2 guests) decorated in style and equipped with satellite colour television, a telephone, heating and air conditioning, a bedroom, a sitting room with a kitchenette, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a sink, and an en suite bathroom.
The rooms are enriched with period furnishings and prints from the 18th and 19th centuries, with ceilings and floorings made of old terracotta.

Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole to the Valdichiana exit. Turn onto the expressway heading towards Perugia and get off at the Cortona exit. Upon reaching Camucia, head along the SS71 state road towards Arezzo, and after around 3km, follow the directions for the Residence Il Casale (on the right).
By train
The closest train station is the Camucia station. The express trains generally stop at the Terontola Station (around 10km away), while the Eurostar trains stop at the Arezzo Station (25km away).
