Residence La Ferriera is situated in Loro Ciuffenna in the heart of the Tuscany region.
The building dates back to the 1800's and has been carefully restored and been functioning as a residence since 1998 when it was opened by the current owners.
The residence offers guests use of a tennis court, a 5 a side football pitch, a laundry service, a swimming pool, reception and a private car park.
Thanks to its central position, the residence guarantees guests easy access to all of Tuscany's important artistic cities including Arezzo, Florence and Siena; as well as also being suitable for those travelling on business.

The residence offers 19 comfortable, welcoming apartments divided in to one and two bedroom apartments, all finished in a simple, traditional elegant Tuscan style.
- One bedroom apartment for 1 person
Made up of a lounge / dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofabed, a separate double bed and a wardrobe. (NO DOOR), a bathroom with a shower.
The external area is made up of the apartment entrance, a private area equipped with chairs and a table.
- One bedroom apartment for 2/4 people
Made up of a lounge / dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofabed, a separate double bedroom,
a bathroom with a shower.
The external area is made up of a large terrace which is accessible directly from the lounge and the bedroom. This private area is equipped with a table and chairs.
- Two bedroom apartment for 3 people
Made up of a lounge / dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofabed. A single bedroom (option to add an extra bed), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The external area is made up of a large private area accessible from the double bedroom.
- Two bedroom apartment for 4/6 people
Made up of two double bedrooms with two bathrooms (shower), a lounge / dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofabed. The external area is accessible from the lounge and is made up of a pathway overlooking the main area of the residence which leads to a private terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

Restauracja i Bar
From the central courtyard you can access the restaurant, located in the room which once housed the mill and which is also the perfect location for receptions, ceremonies and company dinners.
The kitchen serves traditional Tuscan cuisine alongside sophisticated international cuisine accompanied by a varied selection of local and national wines.
During the summer the restaurant has an outdoor eating area situated within the main part of the residence.
The bar is situated within the restaurant and is open every day from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00 offering guests a delightful spot to sit back and relax.

Once you reach the roundabout in the town, take the second turning on the right, then turn left before the bridge, cross the square and go under the stone arch then continue straight on for 200 metres.
