Ogólny Opis Hotelu
The Tenuta di Pratello is located in the heart of the Tuscan hills at a mere 40 km from Pisa and extremely close to other splendid historical-cultural destinations in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Volterra.
The structure is a splendid villa from the 1700s that is located in the centre of a 320 hectare estate that is rich with forests and olive trees and has breathtaking panoramas. A building in front of the villa accommodates 3 more apartments.
The Tenuta di Pratello features a billiards room, a reading room, a panoramic swimming pool, and a tennis court as well as mountain bikes which are available for client use.
The guests can stroll through the estate’s park where they can admire the beautiful cypress groves and the splendid Italian garden with its nymphaeum.
It is possible to purchase carefully selected products that were produced on the farm as well as those typical to the zone.
The agro-tourism has a private grass landing strip of 1000 metres in length. Upon request, sightseeing flights can be reserved and furthermore, actual hangars are also available.
The bed linen for the apartments is furnished at the beginning of the stay and changed once in a week.
Please keep in mind that the mandatory supplement fee for the final cleaning of the apartments is € 50.

All of the rooms of the Villa are carefully and elegantly decorated with period furniture and enjoy panoramic views.

In the Villa’s restaurant, guests can enjoy unique, refined cuisine including traditional Tuscan dishes accompanied by local wines.
The wine cellar features both regional and national varieties where guests can also attend wine tastings on request.
