Park Village, Contrada Seggio

The Park Village Hotel & Residence is situated close to Sibari in Rossano, the Byzantine capital of the medieval era.

The hotel is located on an estate stretching 20 hectares, surrounded by extensive green fields, poplar and eucalyptus trees, citrus trees and ancient olive groves.

The Aparthotel is located just 400m from the sea and offers guest rooms with kitchens available on request.

The Residence is located just 200m from the sea and offers small terraced villas with private gardens.

During the Summer, guests can make use of other services and facilities, such as a fully equipped private beach, a restaurant serving traditional local cuisine, a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven and daytime and evening entertainment.

Supplementary charges:

- Club card: max 30 Euros per adult per week. The card includes daytime and evening entertainment, beach access plus two sunbeds and one umbrella per room, access to the sports centre including tennis courts, five-a-side football and minigolf. Residence guests have to pay an additional charge of 30 Euros per person per week.

All of the guest rooms in the Aparthotel include a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a sofa bed for two or a bunk bed, air conditioning, a colour television, a safety deposit box and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The double rooms measure 27 square metres and can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. They consist of a kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa bed for two, and a small garden on the ground floor or a balcony on the first floor.

The two room apartments measure 50 square metres and can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. They consist of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom, and a garden on the ground floor or a balcony on the first floor.

The suites can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, two double bedrooms, and a balcony.

In the Residence, the following options are available:

Two-room apartments (for up to 3 people) measuring 30 square metres on the first floor. They consist of a living room/lunch room with a sofa bed for 1, a double bedroom and a balcony.

Two-room apartments (for up to 4 people) in the villa. They consist of a living room/lunch room with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom measuring 20 square metres with a large window and a private garden.
